Using creative and practical techniques, I will help you to transform your behaviour and communication, leading to greater personal effectiveness.

Abi has over twenty years international experience leading groups and individuals in a range of development areas – including leadership development, leadership presence, personal impact and influence, building effective relationships, as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Drawing upon her experience in theatre, television and radio, and psychological insight, Abi brings a holistic yet practical emphasis to her coaching and workshops.

Abi works at all leadership levels, from new leaders up to C-Suite – in both the private and public sectors.

Presentation Skills Workshop

I thought it was a very useful course and everything contained within it did transfer directly into our working practice.

The best part of this course was that it was interactive and all exercises were completed with colleagues using real examples of what people were experiencing or had experienced in the past. It was not simply a – ‘to be a great leader you must do x,y and z.

This is the only course I have ever left and would be happy to go on again! To be able to remember the content as I still do after all this time is a testament in itself!

This course made a huge difference to how I manage upwards and downwards, and enabled me to see the bad habits I had got into and how to change them.

My managers have noticed a change in how I challenge and support them, one even said they feel like I really take time to understand what and why they have done what they have done, and that she doesn’t feel nervous about making a decision as she knows I will help her get it right next time; my support has a better effect for them and the business in the long run. Thanks this was the best course in terms of my development yet.

All the above are bespoke programmes, designed to meet different needs and specific development areas.

There are a range of formats: from two to 12 month development programmes; one to four day courses and short practical workshops.

Development Programmes and Courses

These are an effective way for groups to achieve behavioural change at team and organisational level. Learning in this way allows participants to apply the learning to their workplace, in-between modules. Follow-up modules enable incremental development, which ensures new behaviours are embedded and fully sustained across the organisation.

Sprint Session

Typically ninety minutes to two hours long. This is a good way to focus on a specific skill, for groups who are pushed for time.

Transformational Coaching

A typical coaching session lasts between ninety minutes and two hours. An individually tailored coaching engagement, lasting between six to twelve months, is the ideal way to create transformational change. Four to six individual sessions are really effective for addressing a single issue.
